I had a fantastic experience at this luxurious hotel! The staff here went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, they took care of everything I needed. They even called a safe taxi for me instead of letting me cross the street! The customer service at this place is top-notch.

We had an amazing experience staying here. The staff was super friendly and offered top-tier customer service. They were always willing to assist us, including calling a recommended taxi service for our safety. The location was great as it was within walking distance to restaurants. The hotel facilities were clean and neat, and the lobby upstairs had a nice sitting area with a breeze. Additionally, the breakfast was good and the staff was helpful even when we weren't fluent in Spanish.

Spent a great Christmas holiday at this hotel! Loved the friendliness of the staff, who went out of their way to make us feel at home. The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of all the attractions. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and the amazing view from our window. Plus, the room was kept immaculately clean, leaving us with one less thing to worry about during our stay.

While generally happy with our stay at this hotel, there were a couple of minor issues that detracted from the experience. The parking service was a little spotty and didn't quite meet our expectations.

The hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants, making it easy to find a place to eat. the room was clean and neat, and the bathroom adequately functional. The staff was polite and helpful. Although the breakfast selection was a little limited, the food was good enough. the lobby was inviting, with comfortable seating and good ventilation.

The hotel's parking service was very poor, and it took half an hour for the hot water to warm up, making it inconvenient to shower.

The location was convenient, with several restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and the view from our window was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the nice sitting area in the lobby upstairs, where we could relax and enjoy the breeze. The hot water in the shower worked perfectly, and the bed was comfortable for my tall partner. Additionally, there is a small park next to the hotel, which was a nice bonus. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
